The White Citatel is one of the oldest shared RUNs in syraki civilization, older than the Complex itself. It already existed during the Infernal Wars, and the surrender of the most important faction of those wars was signed there. For this reason, the White Citatel is not treated as an ordinary realm. It is a surviving monument from before the present order, a place where the civilization's passage out of hell was formalized.

Because of its age, The White Citatel remains unusually human-comprehensible. A human observer could understand it as a vast white city: white towers, white apartments, white streets, white clothing, and pale, beautiful, standardized bodies with white hair and white eyes. Yet the simplicity of that image is deceptive. The White Citatel extends across an immense shared architecture inhabited by trillions of syrakis, with its own economy, property, contracts, apartments, offices, and administrative life.

The White Citatel is not a game, paradise, or entertainment RUN. It is solemn, bureaucratic, ceremonial, and temple-like.
