Screens fill with numerical streams, rapidly changing IDs, coordinates, metrics, classifications, and technical data, as if vast quantities of information are entering the ship. Then the red alarms return. The system warns of Q-holes again, and this time the situation is worse than during Susan's rescue. Felix sees that they are not dealing with a few isolated Q-holes but with a tunnel-like structure, a multidimensional spatial formation resembling a maze, geological structure, or impossible corridor system. He cannot stop the RT-874 in time. The ship is pulled or forced into the tunnel system. Felix shouts for the others to brace themselves. The bridge shakes violently as the RT-874 enters the structure, and Felix must pilot through it while the ship takes repeated impacts and stress events. Mike and Susan have to hold on while Felix fights to keep control.

Felix calls for Kallom-4000's help. Kallom says it can see what is happening and begins using math boosters, mathematical amplification systems that somehow increase the effective borders or width of the tunnels enough for the RT-874 to pass. No one can fully explain whether the tunnels are truly widening, whether Kallom is altering the local geometry, or whether it is forcing a navigable mathematical interpretation onto the structure. Whatever the mechanism, it works enough to improve maneuverability. Felix continues piloting with extreme skill, while Kallom keeps applying math boosters to keep the tunnel passage survivable.

Inside the tunnel system, Mike, Felix, and Susan begin suffering cascades of short reality jumps. Unlike the long jumps Felix previously suffered, these last only seconds, but there are many of them, one after another. Susan experiences reality jumps for the first time and panics, asking what is happening. Mike tries to shout that they are reality jumps, but the alarms, impacts, motion, and sensory fragmentation make communication difficult. Mike's mind begins to break across strange states and places. He feels himself pulled into brief realities, perceptions, and mental configurations unlike anything he has experienced even as a syraki, then thrown back into the bridge, then pulled away again. Susan screams. Felix also experiences the jumps, but somehow keeps piloting. They cannot stop inside the tunnel, for reasons Felix does not understand. Their only option is to continue forward without letting the RT-874 strike the tunnel walls or Q-hole structures.

At the end of the traversal, they reach Ismael's position. Kallom-4000 strengthens the lock and pulls him into the bridge. Ismael appears naked like the others, but he is soaked in a strange unidentified slime or goo. His eyes are open and lost, staring as if into another place. His body spasms violently on the floor. He cannot speak. He only convulses and writhes, almost absurdly like a fish out of water. Mike, Felix, and Susan rush to him, try to restrain him, and tell him he is safe, but he keeps contorting. They carry him to sickbay.

In sickbay, Ismael continues to spasm on the bed. They place a helmet or stabilization device on him. Kallom-4000 reports that Ismael's body and mind are still operating at dangerously high internal intensity, with the Prif scale still elevated far beyond normal conditions. TUZ does not torture her. He does not imprison her. He does not threaten her. He does not try to break her psychologically. Such methods would be crude, ethically contaminated, and unnecessary by syraki standards.

Instead, TUZ understands the structure of her devotion.

Siuvac-931's center is no longer herself. Agahfrisut has become the primary reference point of her will. She remains legally and consciously herself, but existentially she is oriented around him. TUZ follows that structure and goes to Agahfrisut. He explains the investigation, the risks, the hidden corporate activity, and the need for truth.

Agahfrisut listens and gives Siuvac-931 a direct command: she must tell TUZ everything and hide nothing.

After that, Siuvac-931 consents.

This consent is essential. TUZ does not violate her mind. He enters because she allows him to enter. Her permission is shaped by her devotion to Agahfrisut, but within syraki terms this is still a legitimate structure of will. She accepts the command as an expression of the center she has chosen. What opens her is not coercion in the human police-state sense. It is the lawful and intimate consequence of the hierarchy of desire she has built around him.

Once inside her mind, TUZ has access to far more than the specific facts he needs. He can perceive memories, shame, old pleasures, crimes, secrets, assimilations, private desires, ancient experiences, legal manipulations, social strategies, love, fear, and the deep architecture of her submission to Agahfrisut. Her mind does not open as a file folder. It opens as a civilization of memory.

TUZ remains indifferent.

He does not enter as a voyeur. He does not linger over irrelevant intimacy. He does not judge her pleasures, her shame, her degeneracy, her preserved trauma, or her hidden desire to be assimilated. He classifies, filters, ignores, and extracts only what matters to the mandate. Irrelevant crimes may be tagged as resolved, adjudicated, permitted adversarial behavior, ethically bounded, or non-causal. Irrelevant pleasures remain irrelevant. Irrelevant shame remains hers.

What matters is the chain of causality.

Through Siuvac-931, TUZ discovers the structure of the experiments, the origins and purpose of the omniships, the role of the major corporations, the hidden expeditionary logic, access routes, passwords, internal classifications, concealed archives, decision paths, and the institutional knowledge that had been buried behind secrecy. He begins to understand how the corporations reached the forbidden truth, how they acted on it, why expeditions began, and how the omniship project became part of that concealed history.

The scene should feel strange because it is not an interrogation scene in a human genre.

A human version might involve torture, blackmail, arrest, extraction, hacking, or betrayal. The syraki version is different. TUZ reads the ethical topology of the situation. He identifies the true center of Siuvac-931's will. He obtains authorization through that center. Then he enters her mind with consent and retrieves the required truth without cruelty, without excitement, and without moral theater.

This is one of the clearest examples of syraki civilization operating according to its own logic. Power is immense, but disciplined. Intimacy is radical, but bounded. Investigation is invasive, but consensual. Secrets are broken, but not through violation.

Its function is to place Mike and Lucia inside a new anomalous domain: an infinite ancestral-human apartment labyrinth where every space is an interior, where comfort replaces open threat, and where the very concept of "outside" becomes unavailable to cognition.

This chapter should establish the rules of the domain before the reader meets Naifa. It should end on the door immediately before Naifa is found.

C. Required Context Before Chapter

This chapter occurs later than the current outline's last common chapter. It should be treated as a future chapter until its exact placement is fixed.

By this point, the crew has already recovered Oshiro. Oshiro has already opened Room 0554. The crew has already entered the Base in the forest and received the central explanation of where they are and what the mission truly involves.

The RT-874 has already reached and completed Checkpoint 2, the devastated world. The ship is traveling toward Checkpoint 3 when Kallom-4000 detects a new t-signal outside the primary route.

The crew already understands more about the checkpoints, the mission, the larger topology they are inside, and the reason the RT-874 is not merely traveling through ordinary space.

Lucia is acting captain. Ismael is the next highest-ranking available crew member after Lucia and can assume command if she leaves the ship.

Mike is understood to be the safest crew member to send outside the RT-874 because, after the crash, Kallom-4000 saved the ship by over-optimizing its damaged configuration around Mike. This same optimization explains why Mike suffers reality jumps more intensely than the others. Mike is both the safest external vector and the most exposed internal instability sink.

The chapter begins when Mike and Lucia open the door.

The similarity to early human computation is only allegorical. She confirms the cognitive rule: inside the domain, the concept of outside cannot be formed. One can remember statements about having come from elsewhere, but one cannot construct exteriority as a spatial idea.
